Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Abilene Tree Pros collects, why, and who sees it. Abilene Tree Pros is a referral website operated by The Gadget Aid, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we," "us").

What we collect

When you send the request form, we collect:

  • your name
  • your phone number
  • your town
  • the service you pick and how soon you need it
  • the details you write about your tree (optional)
  • the fact that you checked the consent box, and the time you sent the request

Phone calls. This site doesn't list a phone number yet. If we add one, we'll update this policy first to explain how calls are handled and what call details, if any, are logged.

When you visit the site, Cloudflare Web Analytics may be used to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

We don't ask for payment information, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

How we use and share it

  • We share your request with one independent local tree service company so it can contact you about the work you asked about. You agree to this when you check the consent box on the form.
  • We keep a copy of your request so we can confirm referrals with that company and handle questions or complaints.
  • Form submissions are delivered by email through an email service provider that handles them on our behalf.
  • We may disclose information if the law requires it.

We share your request only with the one company it goes to, plus the service providers above that help us deliver it. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with other companies for their marketing.

We don't send you text messages or marketing. The tree service company may call you about your request. Its own privacy practices apply to what it does with your information.

How long we keep it

We keep referral records only as long as we need them for the purposes above, including confirming referrals and handling questions, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or ask us to stop sharing future requests. Email [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject. This inbox is ours, not the tree service company's. If the company already has your request, contact it directly to ask it to delete your information as well.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
